Before anything else, you must email us at movea1.contact@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), reason, and whether you want a refund or exchange. Wait for our Return Authorisation (RA) and instructions returns sent without an RA may be refused.

Eligibility & steps

1. Within 14 days of delivery; item unworn, unwashed, tags/packaging intact (hygiene liners/pads untouched). Final-sale items aren’t eligible.
   
2. Use the label/instructions we provide, pack securely, include the packing slip.
   
3. We process within 3–5 business days of receipt; refunds go to the original payment method; exchanges ship once your return is scanned or received.
   
4. Faulty/incorrect item? Email photos first we’ll prioritise and cover this.
   

Important: We may decline a return at our reasonable discretion (e.g., outside the 14-day window, worn/washed, damaged, odours/stains/pet hair, tags missing, not in original condition, no proof of purchase, or safety/hygiene concerns). Declined returns may be sent back or incur return shipping.

Yes, our Size Guide includes a measurement chart, fit notes per range, and tips for tall/petite fits. If you’re unsure, send us your measurements and preferred fit (relaxed vs sculpted) and we’ll recommend the best size.
